Gaming Innovation Group Inc. ("GIG") continued is growth in October within all business areas. The integration of Betit Group are progressing according to plan, and Betit's three brands, SuperLenny.com, Thrills.com and Kaboo.com will migrate to GIG's iGamingCloud platform in November which should benefit operations going forward.

GIG Gaming

Gross gaming revenue (GGR) continued to increase to a new all time high for GIG's six gaming sites Guts.com, Rizk.com, Betspin.com, SuperLenny.com, Thrills.com and Kaboo.com in October. Total deposits were EUR 22.4 million, up 3.4% from September, and margins obtained were 3.73% for casino and 5.2% for sports betting.  

Total active real money players for the three-month period August-October were 180,454, a 1.6% increase from 177,587 for the period July-September. Of the total number of players, 161,836 only played casino, 9,770 only played sports and 3,038 only played poker. The remaining 5,810 were active in more than one category. Free bet players are excluded from the number of active players. Total registered users were 1.35 million as of 31 October 2016, compared to 1.29 million as of 30 September 2016. 

Cloud based Services

GIG's cloud based platform service iGaming Cloud's (iGC) overall performance has been positive, and eighteen external clients were live in October. A total of 21 clients has been signed,and will operate 28 brands, including the Company's own six brands. Betit's three brands will migrate to iGaming Cloud in November. Of the remaining external brands, one is expected to go live in November, and the remaining in Q1 2017. 

Digital Marketing Services

GIG's affiliate operations in Innovation Labs referred around 3,400 first time depositors (FTDs) to own and affiliated operators in October, compared to around 3,300 in September.
