Disclosure of large shareholding

Optimus Invest Limited, a company owned by Andre Lavold, has today sold 600.000 shares in Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG). As a result of this transaction, Lavold and close associates have reduced their holding in GiG to 6.296.998 shares in GIG, or from 5.43% to 4.95% of the outstanding shares in GIG.
