The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with a passion for sports and an understanding of the betting landscape. This role is crucial for enhancing our social media presence and driving engagement on our sports betting affiliate site. You will work closely with a Social Media Manager and the sports team to develop and implement strategies that resonate with our target audience and foster brand loyalty. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for hands-on experience and growth within the iGaming industry.

What you'll be doing

• Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the Sports team to create and execute social media strategies that engage and grow our audience across various platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content tailored to the sports betting community, including graphics, videos, and posts that reflect current trends and events.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online interactions to foster a positive brand image and community atmosphere.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. Produce reports to inform strategy and improve results.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in sports, betting, and social media to ensure our content remains relevant and resonates with our audience.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and promotions.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and affiliates to expand reach and drive traffic to the site.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all content adheres to industry regulations and best practices related to sports betting promotion.
  

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging content. One additional language is a huge plus (Spanish preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably within the iGaming or sports betting sectors.
• A strong understanding of sports, betting markets, and audience behavior in the online betting community.
• Proficient in social media platforms and their respective analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, X Analytics, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or similar tools) for content creation.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and analyze content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
• Passion for sports and betting, with a keen interest in the latest trends and developments.
