The Role
Are you ready to lead the charge and drive organic growth in the Brazilian casino market? We’re on the hunt for a results-driven SEO Manager with strong iGaming expertise to elevate our digital presence and dominate the SERPs. In this role, you’ll craft and execute SEO strategies tailored to the Brazilian audience, collaborating across teams and making an impact. From tackling technical SEO challenges to optimizing content and leading off-page initiatives, you’ll have the mission to build sustainable growth in the competitive world of online casinos.

What you'll be doing
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute effective SEO strategies for the Brazilian casino market, targeting both long-term growth and immediate wins.
- Optimization & Analysis: Conduct OnPage, OffPage, and technical audits to identify key opportunities and ensure content aligns with Brazilian search intent and user behavior.
- Hands-On Implementation: Perform tasks like keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical fixes to support seamless execution.
- Technical SEO: Diagnose and resolve issues such as crawl errors and performance optimizations to maintain a healthy and competitive site.
- Content Collaboration: Guide content teams on SEO best practices, ensuring keyword-driven, optimized content tailored for the Brazilian casino audience.
- Competitor & Keyword Research: Analyze competitors and identify keyword opportunities to strengthen the casino-focused SEO strategy.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and content teams to integrate SEO strategies into new features and content launches.
- Link-Building Management: Develop and implement link-building strategies to create a robust backlink profile and boost domain authority in the casino market.

What we're looking for
- Language skills: A native/near native level of communication skills in Portuguese, and excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- SEO Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a focus on the Brazilian casino market.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Brazilian search behavior, trends, and the regulatory landscape for online casinos.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in OnPage, OffPage, and technical SEO, including keyword research, link-building, crawl error resolution, and site performance optimization.
- Tools & Platforms: Extensive experience with SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Yoast. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with precision.
- Collaborative Approach: A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring content teams and aligning SEO efforts across departments.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to link detailed SEO tasks to long-term business goals, with a focus on measurable ROI.
