What you will be doing:

As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be handling the following aspects:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on global regulatory changes in the iGaming industry, including gambling laws, advertising standards, and data protection regulations.
• Ensure the company's marketing strategies, affiliate partnerships, and content adhere to jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.
• Manage the application and renewal processes for iGaming licenses and permits in different jurisdictions, liaise with regulatory bodies to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships. Provide guidance on compliance with existing and future licensing requirements

Policy Development:

• Assist the Head of Compliance to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines for various stakeholders within the business.
• Draft and update advertising policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory frameworks. Working collaboratively with legal and operations teams to interpret and implement the respective compliance requirements effectively.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks related to affiliate marketing operations.
• Conduct compliance audits and monitor company assets and campaigns to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations.

Stakeholder Oversight & Collaboration:

• Work closely with the legal, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure compliance is embedded in all business processes.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and legal counsel on compliance matters.

Training and Awareness:

• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal teams and affiliate partners.

• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance and the broader Gentoo Media Legal team to promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
• Prepare and present regulatory update reports to senior management.

Incident Management:

• Investigate potential compliance breaches and coordinate remedial actions.
• Report violations and coordinate with legal teams to address issues.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior compliance role within the iGaming industry. Experience in the affiliate industry is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of iGaming regulations, advertising laws and responsible gaming practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing compliance requirements in a multi-jurisdictional environment including managing relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Candidate must be fluent in English. Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
