What you will be doing:

• Assist and train their team to review content to ensure that all content follows guidelines and is aligned with website standards
• Proactively work with their team on the improvement of website content and SEO
• Creating and developing supporting documentation such as guides, market requirements, content guidelines, and competitor analysis
• Editing and QAing content delivered by your team, ensuring that our content is of the highest editorial and commercial quality possible. End-to-end responsibility for content quality and team productivity
• Training, supporting, and empowering your team to achieve organizational goals and deliver the best possible product to our users, while ensuring that every teammate has a fulfilling and growth-fuelled experience with us
• Actively contributing to the ongoing development of our product and staying up to date with the latest SEO and content industry standards and trends.
• From time to time, creating high-quality content yourself to continuously develop your talent for great writing and reinforce quality standards
• Collaborate with the HR team to work on career development plans for all their team members
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to execute the hiring plan and solve issues related to underperforming team members, this also includes holding annual reviews for all team members

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content writing and proofreading using Content
• Management Systems
• Proven experience in managing a content team
• Experience in affiliate or igaming industry will be considered a plus
• Solid on-page SEO knowledge
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills
• Planning and organisational skills strongly preferred
