The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Off-Page SEO Executive to join our sports SEO team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our outreach and backlink strategies, helping to boost our presence across international sports betting markets. The Off-Page SEO Executive will work closely with both our in-house Outreach Department and external agencies to optimize our link-building efforts, ensuring we maximize our SEO potential and grow our online authority in the sports industry.
This position is ideal for an SEO professional with a strong background in off-page SEO who understands the nuances of working in multiple markets across the globe, and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global SEO team, driving impactful outreach initiatives that help build our authority and visibility in the sports world.

What you will be doing:
- Global Outreach Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Outreach Department to refine and implement off-page SEO strategies for sports-focused campaigns, optimizing efforts across multiple international markets.
- Link-Building Initiatives: Develop and execute link-building campaigns, working with relevant sports media, influencers, and blogs to secure high-quality backlinks that align with the brand's objectives.
- Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external SEO agencies across global markets to ensure alignment on outreach goals and maximize link-building opportunities.
- Content Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the content marketing team to identify content opportunities that can drive high-quality backlinks, ensuring all off-page efforts complement on-page content.
- Off-Page Audits & Analysis: Perform regular audits of backlink profiles, competitor analysis, and domain authority metrics, identifying areas for improvement and actioning effective off-page SEO solutions.
- Market-Specific SEO Strategies: Tailor off-page SEO strategies to specific international markets, taking into account local search behavior, competition, and media landscapes.
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key sports media outlets, bloggers, and influencers across various regions to enhance our backlink profile and brand exposure.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and report on the performance of outreach campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize and refine our approach to off-page SEO. Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Analytics to monitor link quality and SEO growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the SEO, product, and development teams to ensure off-page efforts are aligned with broader SEO strategies, supporting overall search visibility and traffic goals.
Who we are looking for:
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in off-page SEO, with a proven track record in outreach, link-building, and relationship management in the sports or media industries.
- Experience working with global SEO strategies and executing outreach initiatives across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of the sports betting media landscape and experience working with publishers, bloggers, and influencers in the sports sector.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in off-page SEO techniques, including outreach, link-building, and backlink profile analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Majestic and Google Search Console.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for high-quality link acquisition.
Tool Proficiency:
- Proficiency with outreach and SEO platforms to streamline link-building efforts and track performance.
- Solid understanding of SEO tools for link tracking and reporting.
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns across different markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail, constantly looking to optimize and improve SEO results.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independence with a team-focused approach.
