The Role
As the German Site Manager, youâll be responsible for managing the content and SEO strategy for one or more affiliate websites, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Youâll collaborate with the SEO and content teams to optimize content, improve website performance, and drive measurable results. In addition, youâll manage day-to-day website tasks, oversee freelancers, and help launch new projects to expand our reach. Reporting directly to the Senior Content Team Lead, youâll play a key role in enhancing our digital presence.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and implement content and SEO strategies for German-speaking websites, ensuring all on-page and off-page elements are optimized.
- Day-to-day website management: upload, edit, and optimize content.
- Keep a detailed record of high-performing pages, and share insights with relevant teams, including outreach.
- Collaborate with freelance writers, providing templates and detailed content guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify and fill content gaps based on competitor analysis and industry trends.
- Monitor and report website performance, offering insights and areas for improvement.
- Attend monthly meetings to share progress and strategies with the team.
