Content Team Lead - US

The Role

As our team expands, we are currently seeking a motivated Content Team Leader. You will be part of the Content team, tasked with overseeing content planning, creation, and optimization for the casino and sports verticals of our US Market. The team’s main success metrics are fulfilling pre-specified Content and SEO requirements, page performance, and publishing in line with the department’s goals and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of content editors.
• Contributing to the planning and overseeing the development and implementation of your market’s content strategy.
• Collaborating with the SEO, Design, Marketing, and other departments to execute, adapt, and improve our strategy while safeguarding the Time2play vision and core values.
• Creating and developing supporting documentation through Notion, such as guides, market requirements, content and style guidelines, and competitor analysis.
• Editing and QAing content delivered by your team, ensuring that our content is of the highest editorial and commercial quality possible. You have end-to-end responsibility for content quality and team productivity.
• Creating blueprints, templates, and briefs for internal and external use to ensure consistent optimization with the best SEO practices in mind.
• Training, supporting, and empowering your team to achieve organizational goals and deliver the best possible product to our users, while ensuring that every teammate has a fulfilling and growth-fuelled experience with us.
• Actively contributing to the ongoing development of our product and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and content industry standards and trends.
• From time to time, creating high-quality content yourself to continuously develop your talent for great copywriting and reinforce quality standards.

Who we are looking for:

• Ideally based in Malta, Denmark or Serbia
• Have native English proficiency.
• Have experience leading high-performing Content teams.
• Have demonstrable experience with planning, researching, writing, and editing user-centered, high-performing copy.
• Have a great ability to quickly identify the needs of your team, extract performance, and facilitate growth.
• Have a good understanding of SEO and its influence on our product.
• Are able to effectively monitor copy performance and optimize accordingly.
• Have excellent communication skills, language proficiency, and the ability to empathize with your teammates and users alike.
