Ops Update

Total active real money players for the three months period March-May were 83,288, compared to 88,876 for the period February-April. Of the total number of players, 74,986 only played casino, 3,037 only played sports and 1,258 only played poker. The remaining 4,007 were active in more than one category. Free bet players are excluded from the number of active players.

Total registered users on GIG's iGaming sites Guts.com, Betspin.com and Rizk.com were 420,856 as of 31 May 2016, compared to 394,190 as of 30 April 2016.

During the month of May, two additional external operators commenced operations on GIG's iGC platform. Including GIG's own brands, 11 operators are now operating on the platform and operations have been in line with plan and without special events.

In December 2015, GIG signed an agreement with Chance Hill, who has signed an agreement for an additional brand that will be operated as an individual entity, with expected launch by the end of Q3.

Innovation Lab's acquisitions of affiliate assets in the Netherlands and Sweden has been completed according to plan, increasing the number of First Time Depositors referred to own and external operators by more than 100% on a monthly basis.
