Ops Update

Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (“GIG”) had an overall positive performance in July, which normally has a negative seasonality effect.  Gross gaming revenue (GGR) continued to increase to a new all time high for GIG’s gaming sites Guts.com, Rizk.com and Betspin.com in July.  Total deposits were MEUR 10, up 10% from June, and margins obtained were 3.46% for casino and 9.30% for sports betting.

Total active real money players for the three months period May-July were 81,665, compared to 81,645 for the period April-June. Of the total number of players, 72,936 only played casino, 3,033 only played sports and 1,908 only played poker. The remaining 3,788 were active in more than one category. Free bet players are excluded from the number of active players. Total registered users on GIG’s iGaming sites Guts.com, Betspin.com and Rizk.com were 473,004 as of 31 July 2016 compared to 445,125 as of 30 June 2016.

GIG’s cloud based platform service iGaming Cloud had twelve external clients live in July, in addition to GIG’s own brands. The overall performance has been positive throughout the month and activity increased on the platform in July. An additional four clients are in beta testing expecting to go live in August.
GIG’s affiliate operations in Innovation Labs referred around 3,200 first time depositors (FTDs) to own and affiliated operators in July, a decrease from around 4,000 in June due to seasonality effects.
