Acquisition

Reference is made to the announcement on 30 June 2016 from Gaming Innovation Group Inc.’s (GIG) regarding the Company’s acquisition of the iGaming company BetIt Holding Ltd. (BetIt).

The due diligence review has been performed and the acquisition has been approved by the Board of Directors in GIG. The transaction requires shareholder approval to increase the authorized shares in GIG and necessary approvals from relevant gaming authorities. GIG will today call for an extraordinary shareholder meeting that will be held on 31 August 2016.
