Acquisition

Reference is made to previous announcements from Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GIG) regarding the Company's acquisition of the iGaming company Betit Holding Ltd. (Betit) and the acquisition of the 10% minority interest in GIG’s subsidiary iGaming Cloud Ltd.

The Malta Gaming Authority has approved GIG’s acquisition of Betit, and GIG now awaits final approval from Oslo Børs of an Information Memorandum pursuant to and in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 7‐3, cf. section 7‐5 no. 7. Such approval is expected this week, and the new GIG shares to sellers of Betit and the 10% in iGaming Cloud will be issued thereafter.
