The Role
A Website Manager will contribute to the company's mission of growing and developing its online gambling affiliate business by overseeing and managing the operational aspects of running an affiliate website. Website Managers will be tasked with creating strategies in collaboration with the SEO team, with a view to realizing the strategic objectives of the Publishing department, i.e. defending, growing and diversifying the business, as they relate to content, SEO, design, processes, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include day to day website management and reporting, as well as continuous optimisation of content in collaboration with the other departments in the company.
What you will be doing:
- Writing, editing and proofreading content related to both online casino and sports betting
- Day to day website management including: uploading content and content editing
- Conducting research on casino games, sports betting, bonuses, responsible gambling and industry trends
- Check for new operators and liaise with the sales team
- Performing keyword research and optimising content for SEO to improve organic visibility
- Staying updated with the latest developments in the industry
- Ensuring content compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Work with the team to define and implement on-page and off-page content and SEO strategies for the site
- Keep an updated record of performing pages for for each website and communicate these to the relevant teams
- Ensure that all content follows guidelines and is aligned with the site standards
- Lead communication with our freelance writers, and provide them with detailed templates and guidelines for all website content
- Attend monthly meetings for all units assigned to them, and assist team members in creating presentations and reports
- Actively participate in other training and development opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
- 1 year+ working as a website or content manager in an Igaming role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Proven SEO knowledge and experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of the market and the competition
- Conduct SWOT analysis
- Flexible and adaptive mindset in order to meet internal requirements.
- High ability to focus on strategic thinking
