Product Manager (Maternity Cover)

What you will be doing:

This is a Product Manager position for leading casino ranking website. 

This is a TEMPORARY (maternity cover) position with possibility to move to permanent hire.

Core responsibilities include working as the middle man between the front end team who report issues and make requests and translating those into tasks for the development team.

• Candidate will be assisting a Senior Product Owner with the maintenance and improving of a large flagship website. Core responsibilities include working as the middle man between the front end team who report issues and make requests and translating those into tasks for the development team.
• Work with various stakeholders to gather requirements and turn issues, bugs, and ideas into tasks.
• Define main goals (epics) and break them into clear, detailed tasks.
• Track project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project status, progress, and newly released features ready to be used.
• Ensure the final product meets quality standards and collaborate with the QA team to integrate testing into the process.
• Knowledge of Jira and scrum is necessary.

This is a position inside of a small but close Product team which also handles other projects. This role is to act as a point person for one of those projects.

Who we are looking for:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must excel with communication across many teams.
• Experience in Jira is very much wanted.
• Degree level and subject are preferred if they are related to scrum management, or degree that is similar to this.
• Knowledge of or experience with user flow, UI/UX is appreciated.
• Being able to lead on a project is also very important. This role is reporting to a Senior Product Owner, but a level of self management and organization is needed.
• Knowledge of or experience in SEO is highly desirable.
• Experience with GSC and analytics is desirable.
