What you will be doing:

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of our comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers, to establish best practices, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall user experience. Your work will directly impact the quality, efficiency, and cohesion of our product suite.

• Design System Ownership: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of multiple design systems, including component libraries, style guides, and documentation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product teams to integrate the design system into their workflows, ensuring adoption and alignment across all projects.
• Feedback Integration: Work closely with other product designers and developers to constantly gather feedback and fine-tune the design systems.
• Frontend and Backend Design: Focus on both frontend and backend design to cater to the diverse range of products we offer.
• Research and Inspiration: Research how larger companies build their systems, taking inspiration and applying best practices to enhance our own systems.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the UX designer and Head of CRO to apply best practices and ensure alignment across systems.
• Documentation: Maintain well-documented design systems for transparency and seamless communication between design, product, and development teams.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold high standards for design system components, ensuring they are accessible, pixel-perfect, and functional across platforms.
• Scalability: Develop strategies to scale the design systems as the company grows, addressing future needs and technological advancements.
• Advocacy and Training: Champion the value of the design systems within the organization and provide training and guidance to team members on their effective use.
• Tooling and Automation: Work with engineering teams to implement tools and automation that enhance the design and development process.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX or product design
• Experience of working within the online gaming industry is considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of Design Softwares such as Adobe Suite/Figma/Sketch/Framer
• Showcases a strong understanding of Design Systems, Design Tokens and bridging the gap between design and development
• Ability to always think of the bigger picture, longevity and effort vs output
• Demonstrated passion for high-energy execution and problem solving
• Knowledge of using Google Analytics and AB Testing softwares considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Knowledge of Jira/Asana some form of project management tool
• Ability to take criticism and create actionable improvements or counter with constructive feedback
